Items that I do not test:

Mono monitors (Either because they have different adapters, and also I don't have the time. This is reflected in the price, they are however tested for power.)

Keyboards (You have any idea how long it takes to test the hundreds of keyboards that I get?) If tested, auction will state so.

Items missing parts (e.g. A motherboard with no CPU or RAM, as I would have to find something to work in it, same goes if I have no PSU attatched, or if there is considerable damage to the case). Any and all information will be listed in the auction description.

Items that I have no experience with (Apples, sometimes SUN equipment that I don't have the knowledge to use, SGI, Digital (DEC), other non-PC compatible products, unless the machine is complete.)

CD ROM Drives (Depending on their speed, I might check it, but for the majority, I don't have the time, hence the starting prices. If it is tested, it's usually tested for reading only, I know of no quick way to find out its speed.)

Certain internal cards (e.g. Modems can only be tested if the machine has its original HDD with the drivers, if not present, not tested, as there are far too many modems out there to hunt around the internet for. Should it be something branded like US Robotics or 3Com, I will try.)

Small Hard Drives (HDD's of this size (below 500Mb I call small) will not be tested, unless they are guaranteed working by my supplier then it is under their warranty. I will explain in the auction if this is so.) Software on the hard drives - sometimes it happens, but very unusual, usually formatted with a bootable command prompt present only. On the odd occasion I will sell a hard drive as working, and I will list what I have done with it. However if it is mentioned as being untested, this is because I have not run diagnostic software on it, whereas the drive may have formatted and be running ok, but may contain errors.

CPU's (When I only get them and no board to test them on. If tested, I will state so, but only when I have the equipment to do so.) Currently I have a large waiting list for people who want certain chips, so you will rarely see me advertising them. If you want to be added to it, you need to email me using the link on the front prage from the HOME link below.

Old Power Supply Units (PSU's from older machines (anything not AT or ATX) will not be tested unless it has a power button and is easy to use, as an example, I can't test old Compaq™ or IBM™ units as they require certain motherboards amoungst other things before they will power up.)

SCSI Items (Unless they come within a working machine, I have nothing to test them on.) If tested, I will mention it within the description.

All items untested will have a very low starting price, also items that I need the room that they take up, they will also have a low starting price, but the results of their testing will be displayed within the auction. I work a lot in my job, and this is done in my free time, to which I only get a small amount of, so if you buy it and it works, then your ok, if you buy it and it does not, well I stated it was untested so you bought with that risk. If in doubt, please look at my feedback within ebay, I have had some bad ones, but the majority, as 99% of them are untested items, people seem to be happy.
