Damage during transit:
We all know no one is perfect, so I do expect
there to be casualties along the way. As I send all items recorded and insured,
you are covered by this in the chance that there is damamge. When refunding
you, I have to wait for the courier to complete their investigations. This
means you need to keep all your packing materials, otherwise, they take longer,
and may not refund me because the evidence is not avaliable. If requested,
I will send all copies of letters, receipts, or any other document involved
with your transaction.
