Software:

Anytime I advertise software it is not against eBays rules. It is not OEM (only provided with a new machine, and will be stated in the auction if this is so), Backup Software, or software that I have Duplicated. The software is either my own (what I have written) or is software I have bought in, but I won't sell Microsoft items at all. Be aware of that.

Software that comes on the machines that I sell is either the software that was on the hard drive when I first got it, or it will be software that I have pre-loaded that is allowed to be pre-loaded, i.e. something off of a magazine / a demo.

Other forms of software I will list what it is and what your options are. I can in no way be liable for the actions that you take when you are using any of the software that you have purchased from me, or the machines that you have purchased, and how you use them.

All software is what I buy in, and is sold as it was when I got it. If I decide to send you some free software, that software is then yours. It will always be originals.

I have had a lot of questions about the free software and it is sent to you as a gift and a "Thank You" for trading with me. What you choose to do with it is your choice.

Software for sale usually moves very quick, so if you want it you need to bid on it. If you want to see what I will be releasing on ebay, please email me and I can advise you as to what my next listings will be. When I list items, it is usually in a bulk listing, over which I have no control.
