I have a firm policy on non payers, I will file a report to ebay and leave feedback accordingly, I also reserve the right to pursue out of pocket expenses through the courts. Don't think I won't, as I have done it four times already.

Once I have filed a FVCR against you with ebay, I will add you to my blocked bidder list.

If you are on my blocked bidder list, please email me and I will let you only bid in my auctions, if we have come to some agreement.

An NPB also will be given out if you purchase the item after the auction has ended, and then contact me via email to say your bid was a mistake, or you now don't want the item, or for any other reason, other than you sending me payment for the item(s). If you only want the feedback, please note that I require all postage and item costs, or I will inform ebay. By not providing me with them, you are officially breaking the terms and conditions ebay provided you with when you registered, and end up with a report to ebay.
