Wagg-master's Terms & Conditions

Information On Items:

Please understand that I will always wait for cheques to clear, even if they are Building Society ones, the bank tells me you can cancel them at any time and to treat them as a normal cheque, so I will do just that. Postal Orders sent to me will have the item(s) despatched the within twenty four hours of me receiving them. I offer a service for bank transactions if you wish to go this way, to which there is no extra charge from me, however you may be charged by your bank if you are not with Barclays. Also you can in some cases pay straight into my accont from any branch of Barclays. I can confirm the money is there via online banking, but you must bear with me as I have a lot of things to do, and it may be several hours before I get a chance to look there. Please let me know what you would prefer.

When I list multiple items and it is not a Dutch auction, then you will pay that one price at the end and get all the items.

When the auction ends (also see Bidding Policy below), I will send you an email within 24 hours (barring ISP problems) containing my address and some of the basic conceptions from here. Within it I tell you that I will wait 10 days for a form of contact from you. Beyond that point I will send you your first warning and then require you to contact me. Failure to do so results in an NPB (see Non-Paying Bidders (NPB's) further down this page). I will still deal with you after this time, but if after 10 days, and still no contact or payment (unless you supply me with a reason why), I will take matters further.

Product Information: The product information stated in most of my eBay adverts, is sourced from manufacturers descriptions, however we cannot be held liable for inaccuracies in this information or for incorrect model number identification. In light of this we advise that you carry out your own product investigations based on the photographs provided as this is the actual item you will receive.

Suitability of Goods: You (the buyer) is responsible for ensuring that the Goods are suitable for their intended purpose. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis.

Collections: I operate on a Mail Order basis. Most of the time, the items that I am selling are not in my posession. The location on the auction site, is where I am (closest reference) and not where the items are. If you wish to collect, please confirm with me via email that I have the item(s) as I am currently selling some things on behalf of some friends who are in various places around the world. I take payment on their behalf for the auction amount, they ship to you the item(s). However, if I have the item(s) and you have emailed me prior to the auction end with your questions, you are more than welcome to collect them from me in an un-boxed state.

Payment: If a cheque is returned unpaid, you will be responsible for the incurred bank charges, I have my account set up so that any charges will not be debited from my account, the bank will look to yours for the payment. As a note, any cheque regardless of whether it is from a Building Society or saving funds to Personal, I will wait for it to clear. Even the banks state that a building society cheque may bounce, or still be cancelled.

If payment is received for an item, and no address is provided, then within 6 (six) months I will relist the item. Within that time you will receive emails from me on a regular basis, but should you not reply, or I am unable to contact you in any way, I reserve the right to list the item(s).
