Q: How come you can sell items so cheaply? Are they real? Are you trying to kid us all off so you make more money on a defect product?

A: I primarily buy in bulk, therefore the items that I am selling are less than what you would see in a store. I try to start very low, sometimes lower than what I paid to gain your interest. I do not end auctions early to sell to other bidders unless I have to and therefore it is done through ebay's system. The items will be tested if possible and a description will be placed within the auctions own description. I don't lie to make more profit, I state as clearly as I can what has been done and what condition items are in. I am here to make a profit as are other sellers, but I do not rip people off as I myself wouldn't want it to happen if I were a buyer. I even get people telling me that they feel they are ripping me off when they buy something from me!

Q: Where does your stock come from?

A: My stock comes from a range of places. Either through upgrades that I have done for people, government stock, end of line items, clearances, or refurbished outlets who I deal with as well as several others from time to time.

Q: I want to buy more than one item from you, can I do this and combine shipping?

A: Yes. Shipping al depends on where in the world you are, but it can be done. The only exceptions I can't do it, is when I cant get it all into one box, usually I will inform you in this case, but on a combined load it isnt usually too much of a problem. it is cheaper to ship many items than it is to ship one in the long run.

Q: Why are items on your website more expensive than on ebay?

A: When I sell items on ebay it usually means I am after getting rid of them, either because I need the space they take up (one hard drive to you may sound like a small item, but I have thousands of them, more than listed on the website, so they become a large item). When on the website they are at the prices I would normally sell them at, and quite often prices on ebay match the website as they sell. However watch the website as we have a price review on all items every week!

Q: If I want an item from your website, and you dont have it on ebay, what are my chances of getting it on ebay through you but cheaper than your website?

A: Usually I try to put a combination of items online. You could always email me and ask what I am putting up next. If you tell me what you are interested in, then I can tell you when it will be sent to auction, as I create the listings long before I put them online and each of them are date set.

Q: Are the P+P costs on ebay different to those if I buy the items from your website?

A: No. I do not charge any handling fees, just what it costs me. I do buy in second hand boxes from time to time to keep the costs down, but the amount that I pay will be included in the full shipping cost once I know where you want it shipped. The packing fees are for the materials (which in some instances are also re-used) which I use and they are also included in the total cost. Occasionally I miss something off, but I try to get the item's to you ASAP. Depending on what the cost is also depends on how long it will take to get to you, so please ask if you would like this information. P+P fee's are determined by where you are in the world and the weight of the item(s). If I mistake something and don't charge you enough I will swallow the fees, however if I charge you too much I will refund you the difference.

Q: Can you get items specially for me?

A: I can get lots of items, primarily computer (all ranges) and testing equipment, but I am reliant on what is available when I go to my suppliers. However, under some circumstances I have access to other stock which I can purchase if there is something that you're after, however I can't always keep my low prices if I am buying something from them and not in bulk. Q: Do all your computers come with no hard drives?

A: No, some do, some don't. If I have a way to power them (for example a laptop, or a main rack server) I will do so, and if I have something that will work with it then I will try to make it work given the time that I have. Sometimes the items come in with needed parts, sometimes not, however I do get a lot of paperwork with them, so usually details in that as to what they will take.

Q: Does your equipment come with needed software an drivers?

A: When and were we have them they will be supplied. If not, we have acces to a large range of places for drivers, as well as you being to able to access the internet. If we spent all our time downloading drivers we would never get to selling anything! However when and where we can, we will do our best efforts to inform you of where you can get a driver if you need one if you ask about it.

Q: Why do we have to read your terms and conditions?

A: You dont have to, or if you want you only need to read the parts that concern you (i.e if you were buying an untested item you would look at the untested part of them). You don't have to read it all, but if you miss something to do with the warranty or a description of th eitem and so forth that was in there, when we would have a problem dealing with anything that arose afterwards.

Q: I have a quantity of itema I want to sell, will you buy from me?

A: Depending on what you have, I have done it in the past, but I cannot promise you will get what you want for the item(s) as I buy in quantity which keeps my prices down. But you never know. Email me if you have anything you want to get rid of. Providing you box the item(s) I will arrange at a time that suits you to have them collected by my couriers at no charge to you, so you do not have to worry about the delivery or the tracking costs.

Q: I sent you an email with a question, and you haven't replied. Why is that?

A: I will reply to all emails that I receive, however occasionally I find that email's are returned, or people have a spam setting too high on their free email accounts, like Hotmail or MSN, etc. This prevents my emails from sometimes coming through. Please check your SPAM folder for my emails. If your emails are returned to me, I will wait a while and then send again, other than that, I have no other way to reply to you.
