Pulled from a working machine: When I state this, to give you an idea what it means, is this: "Machine powers up, displays a picture and is then usually powered down either before it gets into Windows™, or shortly after that." Hard Drives are usually only tested within Windows™ scandisk, or a program I have called "The Troubleshooter." It is more reliable than scandisk and tells me exactly where the errors are (if any), but I rarely run this on a hard drive test, as it takes a very long time (no point running it on smaller drives as its not worth the cost).

Looks ok: Items displaying this mean that they have been looked at to ensure that they are in good condition. It does not mean that they have been looked at under a microscope or inspected using chemicals or anything of that nature.

Non-electrical goods will be in the condition described. Please ALWAYS read the description, as I will not be held responsible if you find something wrong or different that is in the description, to which you did not notice before.

What is Non PC Equipment? What do I mean by this? Apple is a non-pc item. Althought it is a form of computer, I dont have much experience in this field, therefore, I cannot fully test the items that I have in with anything. For example, unless I have a working Apple, I cannot test to see if I get any pictures from the monitors. I cannot get you detailed specifications as I dont know how to work their operating systems, etc. Apple equipment is usually sold on an "As Is" basis.

Unless I mention it within the items description, I do not have any drivers or manuals for the cards or the equipment I am selling. I will however if you wish me to, provide you with an address online where you should be able to find the drivers, providing I know of one.

All items will go properly packed even if they are sold as faulty, they will all be safely packed and protected from damage, however should you find that your item has been delayed in the mail, I can not be held responsible for Royal Mail or any other form of delivery service. Item(s) were posted on they day(s) you received my email stating they were posted and providing you with a tracking reference number.

3rd Party Software: I am not liable for 3rd party software, because it will not work on something I sold you is not my fault. Go see whoever you bought it from, not me. If you are buying software from me, buecause of the nature of the item(s) returns will not be accepted, so please make sure when you are ordering that it is the right product for you.

I do not repair, rewire or repaint items I am selling, or items that I have sold. I try to give full disclosure of damage / faults, or where this is not possible notification of unchecked areas, but I will not answer for life expectancy in mechanical/electrical items this can play the item down but I prefer that to hype which can lead to misunderstandings. Any information that I have I will make avaliable for the auction.

Condition: Items are given a condition rating. Note, this only applies to their cosmetic condition, based on what they look like.

Accessories: Whatever I sell, unless mentioned the items will not have a power lead or any other form of lead. I.e. If I sell a printer, and it is sold as working, unless mentioned it comes with a power supply lead, or the lead from the compuer to the printer, they are not there. I list all items with my products.

I will accept returns at cost to myself if you can show that I have misrepresented the item(s).

When emailing me after the auction, if I find that your email address or ebay username does not match the one for the winner of the auction, I will be speaking to ebay about the matter, as well as you.

I try to maintain a high standard of delivery time and service. I firmly believe that a good customer should not suffer from the effects of the bad. I do not appreciate, and I will react to time wasting activities.
